- [Host] Utilizing Google Workspace for your organization gives you access to many web apps and services. However, you may not want all of these apps to be available on your domain, when deciding which services to enable, consider how your business processes and procedures will mesh with the many capabilities and features of Workspace. This will reduce the chances of unexpected or undesirable surprises during implementation. I'll navigate to the apps area by selecting apps and then overview from the admin console navigation. There are five types of apps, Google Workspace Core Services, additional Google services, web and mobile apps, Google Workspace marketplace apps, and externally connecting LDAP clients. You may view a summary of which apps fall under each by selecting the respective categories, but for now, we'll take a general look at each of them.
