- [Presenter] Let's walk through how to use Google Sheets' find and replace tool to find or replace content in a spreadsheet with a lot of data, or a spreadsheet with multiple sheets. I'll use this solar system cost analysis spreadsheet to show you how to use the find and replace tool. First, let's talk about how to find a word or a phrase in a spreadsheet. Press Control + F on a PC, or Option + F on a Mac, and the small find tool will pop up in the upper right corner of the spreadsheet. Type the word or phrase you'd like to find. I'm going to search for he word "tax," so I'll enter the word "tax" in the search box. As you type, your search term will be highlighted in green everywhere it appears in the currently active sheet. If multiple results are found in your document, it will display the number of results found. The word "tax" was found two times in this spreadsheet. I can jump to the next one by pressing the down arrow in the find bar, and I can jump back by pressing the up…
