- [Instructor] Google Docs has an extensive list of accessibility support, starting with Screen Reader and Braille support. Click "Tools" and then choose "Accessibility" down near the bottom. You can come here to turn on Screen Reader, Braille, or Screen Magnifier support. You can also turn on collaborator announcements to be notified when someone enters or leaves your doc after working on it with you. If you'd like to use your voice to type your content, in the same tools menu, click "Voice Typing." Google Docs also supports keyboard shortcuts, and if you prefer to start voice typing by using the keyboard, you can see the keyboard shortcut listed beside the command. In fact, the entire keyboard shortcut list can be found here in the help menu. And finally, if you need to translate your doc into a different language, you can do that in the file menu or in the tools menu also. Click "Translate document."
