- [Instructor] You can see the scheduling availability of somebody else that you want to invite to your event if one of the following is true: if they've shared their calendar with you specifically; if you're a Google Workspace account and they've shared their calendar with the entire company; and finally, if it's a public calendar. If any of those three things are true, then you can see that person's scheduling availability to find a time for your meeting when you know that they're free. You can compare up to 10 schedules at once to find a block of time when everyone's available. This is useful because it stops that back and forth emailing while you're trying to find a time when everyone can meet.
