Ashley, as soon as you're ready. - Once you've introduced the show, take time to banter with your guest if you have one. Having unscripted moments of organic conversation early on will add authenticity and humanity. During all of this, be mindful of what people are saying in the chat and when appropriate work in some specifics of what people are saying into the conversation. This can take practice. You don't want to stop and blatantly read comments while you're hosting, but finding discrete moments where you can digest chat comments is important in staying connected to your audience. So once you've opened the show with energy and intention, and have included the audience into the conversation, it's time to get into the meat of the livecast.
