- [Instructor] In this movie, we'll spend some time taking a look at one part of GIMP's interface that you'll use a lot, and that's the Toolbox. I've enabled the single window mode here, and the Toolbox appears on the left side of the window, with my default set of tools. And there is a tool options dialogue docked beneath the tools. When you click on a tool, you can see its options. If I move my cursor over each tool icon, notice how I get a tool tip with the tool's name and a description of what I can do with it. And remember, as we saw in the movie on preferences, you can edit the Toolbox preferences to change which tools appear in the Toolbox, and you can also rearrange them to your liking. So the Toolbox is very flexible and you should set it up the way you like it. Now let's go to the default tool set. In later movies, we'll be using almost all of these tools, and we'll get into the specifics of how they work. But for now, let's just see what's here. At the top, there are tools…
