Customer service, what are the options for contacting them? Do you prefer live chat, email, or calling them directly? What is the turnaround time for requests and when are they available? Some offer 24 hour support while others may have specific business hours. As someone who has worked unconventional hours, 24 hour support is definitely important to me. Another consideration is predicting how much traffic your website may generate. Hosting packages usually charge this as bandwidth usage and storage.
