- When building an automation or an application, there are two primary questions that we need to answer. What's the job to be done? Who's the audience? We'll talk through that in this video. So when you're trying to build an automation or an application, there's a specific job you're trying to achieve. What is that? Clarify it. Write maybe two to three sentences and understand what that is. After you've identified what the job to be done is, the second question you want to answer is, who's the audience? Who's going to use this automation or this application? Is it going to be you? Is it going to be your grandma? Is it going to be your employees? Who's it going to be? You want to define that as well, 'cause these two questions, if you answer them correctly in a detailed and specified way, it's going to assist the AI in building a specification that's more useful for you down the road.
