What is scrum?

It's also a great resource if you want to pass that PSM I. In this course, I'll introduce you to Professional Scrum and give you all the knowledge you need so you can start using Scrum for your next project or problem. I'm Dave West, product owner and CEO of scrum.org, the organization founded by Scrum's co-creator, Ken Schwaber. I've been building products, working on projects, and researching Scrum and Agile methods for 20 years, and I'm going to show you what I've learned. So, as they say on Scrum teams, let's get it done.
