Here's how to use them to hear back from the people who matter. Let's say you're looking for a job and have applied for a role at Microsoft. Go to their company page and click view page. Navigate to the People tab. Type recruiter in the search bar and filter by where they live. For example, United States. Scroll to the People you may know section. Click a member's name and use the message option to reach out, letting them know you've applied for a role at their company using one of your InMails.
