Making the most of dashboards
- [Instructor] Dashboards can be really useful because they offer an at a glance overview for the whole team, and they can include any metrics that are important to you. For some teams who use ADO for capacity management, for example, there might be burn down metrics. You can see here that there are some predefined metrics that you might want to include and they would show how your work is looking against the time that you have available. For other teams, the dashboards might focus on whether the work items are properly filled in, you know, all of their fields filled in. Dashboards can be great for this kind of exception reporting as well. They're customizable and you can make and share as many as you like with different teams.
