- [Instructor] Let's go ahead and open the composition named 2.3: Keyframe Interpolation: Spatial, which is the composition that we created in the last movie. If you are just joining us, you can create a new composition and you can follow along. So for example, all you have to do is keyframe a shape layer so that it goes from left to right on your screen. After Effects recognizes two different types of interpolations, spatial interpolation, which is changes in space, which clearly, this is doing. It's going from point A to point B. It's moving in space. In other words, in x and y-coordinates, which in here are measured in pixel coordinates, first giving you the value for the x. So side to side or horizontal and then the value for the y, which is up and down or vertical. It's also recognizing temporal interpolation, which are changes over time.
