In this lesson, we're going to talk about study habits and best practices, so let's dive right in. Wake up before everybody else. Quiet time is incredibly important. If you have that time to be in a quiet space, use it. Things sink in better. The distractions, the noise, they don't help sometimes. As crazy as it sounds, I'll go to like Starbucks or something, a coffee shop and I'll have my noise canceling headphones on and I'll study my brains out because I need people to be around, which is kind of weird. I'm not listening to them, I'm not paying any attention to them. The movement, it's like you're lost in a room full of people and in your own world. And when you can get to that tuned out kind of thing, that's when you really focus. It's super cool. Try it. You may like it. Stay up after everybody else goes to bed, right? It's difficult. If you work a full-time job and you're full day and you have kids or you're running, you're self-ragged, staying up late sometimes is difficult…
