Welcome to Module 1, Roles and Responsibilities for an IT Support Technician. This module has three lessons. The first lesson is going to cover, really, what is this exam that we're talking about? What is an IT Support Technician and where do we even begin? Lesson 2 is going to help us understand what the key job responsibilities are for a deskside technician or a help desk technician or a IT support technician. And lesson three is going to cover how do we build relevant documentation to support customer engagements. And we'll tie all that together. Let's begin.
