Welcome to Lesson 1, Introduction to what the CCST IT support is, and where do we even begin? So, we're going to cover that, as well as, is it attainable? How do we get there if we want to get the certification? What do we need to know? Then we're going to cover how do we leverage the current experience that we may have? You may know how to install all kinds of things at home, smart TVs, home automation, you name it. All these different technologies, printers, home devices, are the same kind of devices that are in a business, right? Maybe just a little bit more commercialized, but you may already have experience that'll help you in the certification. Then in the end, we ultimately want to know what's in it for me. Why should I even pursue this? And we'll talk all that right now.
