In this lesson, we're going to talk about how do we increase the value to the business by providing consistent, concise documentation. So let's talk about it. The three Cs, as I like to call it. Concise means something that is very structured, consistent, repeatable. If you're troubleshooting an issue and you troubleshoot it in the same repeated manner, you create a troubleshooting flow. Once you create a troubleshooting flow, you realize what works and what doesn't work, and you adapt that flow. And then you reapply that flow to everything you do because it's proven. If you can document the same way that you're actually troubleshooting these things, it helps it for anybody else who's coming behind you because it's very structured, they can read it, it's consistent methodology of how you would apply your documentation, and it's very repeatable. does that give us?
