In this lesson, we're going to talk about different ways that you can expand your expertise and learn more. Let's get into it, although it's not glamorous, all right? You can volunteer for special projects, maintenance windows, other activities that are beyond your daily scope of work, and then you get exposure to some of these things. I've trained many, many people over the years who were help desk or wanting to become network engineers or wanting to become help desk. You just involve them in different projects. So they won't involve you if you don't ask. If you don't show interest in what you're trying to do or expand your career goals, you're never gonna get that at bat to be able to do it. So make sure you raise your hand. Say, hey, I would really like to learn more about that. Is it okay if I come and help on a maintenance window, see how everything works? maybe I can learn a little more, sit in on some of these meetings, works and it helps all the time. Do that.
