So let's expand on what we talked about in a previous lesson. This one is going to be building relationships and business allies. Remember when I mentioned you can volunteer for certain things, foster those relationships to try to build out a good future. So what do I mean by that? If you do things like do exceptional work, it'll be noticed. Executives, business leaders will learn about your skill. They're going to start asking for you by name, and you're going to build trust with them and everything that you do, and they're going to want you. If you keep raising your hand and volunteering for certain things, you're going to be remembered. If you keep helping the CEO or a CIO with some issue that they're having, they're going to remember you. You're going to end up being the go-to person. It's a good thing, but that could also mean that sometimes you're going to be constantly called. You may be called after work. You may be called to their homes. You may be doing non-critical things…
