In this lesson, we're going to talk about how do you advance your skill set. These last couple of lessons are going to be great because it's again, it's just sharing insights and things that I think that might help you try to not only achieve the certification for CCST IT support, but ultimately be a really good IT support technician in the field and grow your career. So, let's start with this. Hard work, you have to put in the effort. There is no shortcut to these things. You have to learn it. You have to spend time with it. You have to practice it, and you have to get experience in it. There's no way around it. You have to experience what you're going to be learning. So get out there. Get some experience. Get some hands-on. Go through this course, obviously. Get through the hands-on and start practicing these things and asking questions of others. It's very important.
