From the course: Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Career Hub Admin

Navigating the Career Hub admin dashboard

- [Instructor] As an admin on LinkedIn Learning, you play a key role in developing your organization skills. The admin experience has a lot to offer. Let's quickly walk through so you can navigate LinkedIn Learning faster. Start on your LinkedIn Learning account. In the upper right corner, click Go to Admin. If you don't see this option, you do not yet have admin privileges, and should reach out to your system administrator. On the Admin homepage, you will find highlights about your organization's engagement and skill development trends. Below the What's New section announces new features, and how to get started with them. And at the bottom, there's helpful resources, including our content corner to get the latest high quality content released across AI and human skills. And LinkedIn Learning product updates for new feature information. Now, let's take a look at the left rail, which appears throughout the admin experience, starting with Talent Architecture. This is your organization's framework for identifying all the roles in your organization that your employees want to grow into today or want to explore for the future. Upload or create your organization's jobs and skills mapping to customize career hub for your enterprise context. Next, we have Content, you can find, assign, promote, and curate content for employees. Moving down to Insights, Insights allows you to access reporting to understand engagement and ROI. Next, we have Settings, customize LinkedIn learning to fit your organization's needs, including integrations, user management, and feature configuration. There's a lot of functionality. If you need help, you can always go to the Help button in the upper right corner when you have questions. In-product help, includes documentation, or you can start a chat with support. Now that you know your way around Admin, we can dive in to specific Admin Center capabilities in more detail. See you in the next video.
