- [Instructor] The world of work is constantly changing, especially in the age of AI, with the skills required for roles updating at a faster rate than ever before. Now you have added all of your roles, I want to show you how Career Hub helps you keep them current with real-time skill insights. Let's continue with the Senior Data scientist role we have been using in this module. On the right side, I see a Chart icon, and click into trending insights. These insights are based on real-time data from linkedin.com profiles and job postings, tailored to my company and industry. You can modify the company size and the industry. I see visualization is a rapidly emerging skill, and to make sure my data science team isn't left behind, I click Add skill. The role is immediately updated and reflected across the employee experience, including Role Guides and Next Role Explorer. Now you have the ability to keep all of your roles…
