This is where Hands-On Practice comes in. To try it out, let's go to LinkedIn Learning, and underneath Practice in the left navigation, let's click on Hands-On Tech. There are different types of technical challenges offered, where your employees can actually apply their knowledge of various coding languages, as well as their cybersecurity skills. Let's take a look at one of the types for code challenges. So, let's select this filter for Hands-On Practice with Code Challenges, and we'll navigate into this course on SQL Basics. After a couple of videos, you'll see that your employee will be presented with a code challenge. They can click in to actually practice writing SQL to get sorted data from a table.
