- [Instructor] In the previous video, 2 we covered building roles one by one. 3 But how do you scale when you have thousands of roles 4 at your company? 5 Let's use CSV bulk upload. 6 Start an admin and click on Talent Architecture. 7 In the upper-right corner, click add new roles. 8 This time, click upload CSV file. 9 Download the CSV template. 10 The minimum data required is your list of job titles. 11 Our AI-powered suggestions can help you fill in the gaps. 12 Now, if you have more robust role data, 13 let's say you have job descriptions 14 and seniority levels, add those too. 15 This will make it faster to publish roles. 16 Here's a sample of a completed CSV. 17 Once you're ready, go back to upload CSV file. 18 Select the CSV that you're going to upload. 19 In this case, it's in my Downloads folder, and click open. 20 Depending on how many roles you are uploading, 21 the time for the roles to be ready will vary. 22…
