- [Instructor] You've learned how to add admins. Now, let's cover how to manage admin permissions as roles evolve. Admin access is not static. It's good practice to review permissions periodically, to maintain security and accuracy. Go back to Admin Center and open Users, Admins. In Admin Center, under the User tab, scroll down to the user section. Search by name or email. In this case, I'm going to search for Abigail Golden. Then, under this three dots, click Manage Permissions. I've decided I'm going to downgrade Abigail to a user. Then, click save and the changes take effect immediately. If you are managing large scale updates, use the CSV method. Click Manage Users via CSV. Then, either download all users or download filtered users. Add any filters and then download CSV.
