- [Presenter] Let's talk about where AI really shines: writing. Now, I like to call this capability the first-draft fairy, because AI is incredible at doing the first draft of almost any kind of document that you want. Now, for example, let's say you're looking for a cease-and-desist letter in a trademark case. So I'll just pop into ChatGPT here, "Provide an outline of a standard cease-and-desist letter in relation to a trademark under US law." And here we go, we've got an immediate outline. It's gone through and given us a whole range of things which are very helpful, and so we could go through that outline, determine what's relevant, what's not relevant, and then we may like to say, that was great. How about you draft the full letter, please? And so we then ask ChatGPT to draft the letter, and here is a full cease-and-desist letter. And so it's in reasonably good shape. Obviously, you know, this is just an instant first…
