Generative AI catalyzes, transforms, and amplifies HR
- According to a recent survey, 75% of organizations have adopted AI-driven solutions and technology in their HR operations. The integration of generative AI has the potential to elevate and magnify the impact of HR significantly. The range of applications for gen AI with HR includes talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, employee experience and more. In fact, according to SHRM, generative AI even has the potential to be used in compliance to generate engagement surveys and sentiment analysis, prepare performance reviews and write job descriptions and interview questions. Gen AI can be leveraged as a tool to catalyze the transformation of company culture by creating programs and initiatives that cement values and purpose, collaboration and engagement. Gen AI is in the infancy stage of development, and while HR leaders need to be at the forefront of change, implementation across processes comes with both possibilities and challenges. It will be critical for HR to include all relevant stakeholders in developing policies and practices that foster ethical and responsible usage and that align with organizational culture and strategic priorities to drive organizational success. The prospect of implementing gen AI invokes both excitement and trepidation. I know it's a lot, but I will move you through the possibilities in this course. This course is not about creating prompts. It's about helping you reimagine, amplify, and accelerate impact using generative AI.
