- All right, so at this point we've covered ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot, so let's move on to the third technology that we're going to be working with here, and that is Google Gemini, so Google Gemini is sort of Google's version of ChatGPT, to put it that way, but it does have a few key differences and a few key benefits as well when it comes to writing code, so the first thing here with Google Gemini is, well, the cost is nothing new. The cost for a lot of these tools seems to be $20 per month for sort of the advanced tier, but it does have a free tier, much like ChatGPT, but unlike the other two models that we've seen before, Google Gemini is based on a different model behind the scenes, right? So ChatGPT uses GPT behind the scenes, as does GitHub Copilot, but Google Gemini actually uses Google's own model called T5, well, the model itself is called Gemini 1.5, which is based on a model called T5, and what that means is that you might find that the behavior of Gemini is slightly…
