- [Narrator] In this demo, we'll walk through a simple scalable way to spin up a helpful chatbot using just Microsoft 365 Copilot. We'll start by setting up custom instructions to teach Copilot our tone, audience, and goals. This ensures responses feel like your brand, not just a generic assistant. Then we'll upload a marketing campaign document, a one pager or internal FAQ, and use Copilot and Word to generate chatbot-style answers to common customer or prospect questions. We'll combine two ingredients here. First, GOAL prompting gives a structure, GOAL output, audience length. Second, we'll use custom instructions to help us define voice, audience, and key facts once, so every prompt we write inherits that context. Our scenario is simple and real.
