Why resistance is natural—and how to move past it
- [Instructor] Let's look at implementation concerns and practical solutions. First, very relatable. Isn't this "AI will replace my job"? This one comes up a lot for good reasons, but the pattern we see in Gen AI takes on the repetitive low variation tasks, stuff like early drafts, summaries, rephrasing so people can move up the stack. More time in conceptualizing, testing and campaign tuning, less in formatting or rewriting copy five different ways, all right? "Content won't match our brand voice". Brand voice is still obviously a valid concern. AI won't match it out of the gate, but the key is you guide the AI and with your prompt design, tone nudges and edits, over time you can build reusable templates that keep your voice consistent while still speeding up output. "Too complex to implement." Don't roll out AI across the org at once. Instead, pick a single process like campaign briefs, weekly reporting, or event follow ups.
