All right, so now that we've talked about the basics of how generative AI is going to affect agile and scrum teams, the next thing that I want to do is dive into some specific tasks that can be done with generative AI. And generally generative AI is going to make these tasks a lot faster and I would venture to say more fun to complete. So we're going to start off here by talking about product backlogs, generally creating these manually prior to generative AI was a pretty manual time intensive process, right? So just a few characteristics of this process, a, as I already said, you needed to create the tasks manually, right? So product owners had to manually write user stories, uh, and also things like acceptance criteria and detailed requirements for basically every aspect of the product. And this was really time-intensive, right? I've read in various places that the average refinement time for each user's story when done manually was around nine days, which is quite a lengthy time…
