Alright, so the first thing that we're going to talk about here is how we can use generative AI to help us perform basic risk assessment in things like scrum projects. So I'm going to be using these same tools as usual, and we'll start off with taking a look at how we can analyze how we can do like a basic sprint risk analysis. So imagine that you're a scrum master starting, let's say a sprint number eight, just to pick a random number there, of some sort of e-commerce checkout implementation. Now this, maybe your team seems confident, but what you want to do is proactively identify any potential risks that you might run into in this sprint. So here's what that might look like. All you need to do is tell whatever tool you're using, something like assess the risks for this sprint, and then we'll give it more details about it.
