Hi, I'm Sean Wassell, and welcome to Generative AI for Agile and Scrum Teams. With the rise of Generative AI, Agile teams now have powerful new tools to plan smarter, collaborate faster, and ultimately deliver better results. Now the main idea of this course is that learning how to harness Generative AI in your Scrum process. It's not just a nice to have anymore. It's quickly becoming a very necessary competitive advantage. So just so that you have an idea of what to expect in this course, here's how the course is going to go. We start this course off with the fundamentals, and that's why in lesson one, you're going to get a clear understanding of what generative AI is, how it fits into Agile and and Scrum and which generative AI tools are available for you to use. In lesson two, we're gonna dive into how AI can improve Scrum artifacts and documentation. And this includes automatically generating product backlogs to doing things like creating smarter sprint reviews. In lesson three, we'll see how generative AI can streamline the communication and collaboration across our teams. And this includes things like generative AI assisted standup summaries and also things like intelligent meeting insights. Lesson four is all about creativity and innovation. And this is where we'll learn how to use generative AI to do things like brainstorm backlog items, as well as refine sprint goals and even map out agile roadmaps. In lesson five, we shift to metrics and continuous improvement, and we'll see how generative AI can help us track our progress, forecast our velocity, and also analyze burndown charts more effectively. And finally, in lesson six, we're gonna focus on risk management and adaptation. This is where we'll see how generative AI can assist with risk assessment, scenario planning, and identifying bottlenecks before they become blockers.
