All right, so now that we've talked about the basics of generating and reviewing product backlogs and just a few ideas of how generative AI can be used in that process, the next thing that I want to talk about is how generative AI can be used as part of sprint planning and in particular how it can be used to automate some of the documentation heavy aspects or or pain points of this process. So there's things like generating acceptance criteria from user stories or creating detailed task breakdowns from Epic descriptions or generating test cases and technical specifications. Things like that tend to just take a lot of time when you have to do them manually. And the fact is that these generative AI tools are really pretty good at doing this sort of thing. We're gonna take a look at a few examples similar to what we did previously with product backlogs.
