All right, so the next thing that we're going to do is take a look at how we can use generative AI to help us gain a little bit more insight into meetings such as sprint retrospectives. All right, so let's imagine that you've just finished a sprint retrospective and usually what you end up having there, assuming that you've done the meeting online, is a messy transcript or video file full of things like overlapping conversations, different tangents, maybe insights in there somewhere, but they're scattered around. And ultimately, what you want to do with this, of course, is you want to get actionable intelligence for the team that you can then apply to, you know, what you do in the future.
