We've covered some useful techniques on designing a product enclosure, such as first laying out and arranging all your parts in order to accurately model around them. This approach will save you on the number of iterations since it allows you to easily see when parts interfere. We looked at other techniques such as modeling standoffs and taking advantage of the captive nut technique when securing multiple pipes together. And finally, we looked at how to precisely extrude cutouts in our enclosure in order to access required components such a charger port. At this point, you should feel comfortable in tackling your own enclosure design or you may already have ideas on how to improve this design. For example, an improvement I can already think of is making this screw flush with the enclosure cover by using a chamfered screw and chamfering the hull.
