- Now the classic old chestnut that they always ask in interviews is tell me about a weakness that you have. And I hate this question. I almost want to go ah, not that old chestnut, but you know, we've got to answer it. And remember, the interviewer might be a total amateur. You know, they may have never interviewed anybody before. They might be nervous. They might be stupid. And I actually, I just despair of this question. But still, we need to have a good answer. And clearly you don't want to say that you're hopeless. You know, you don't want to say well, you know, I sometimes steal things and I quite often get into fights. Oh yeah, and I quite often take Mondays off sick with a hangover. It's just how I am.
