- [Instructor] The last bit of information that I need to pull out of my Fieldwire project is all the information related to all of the tasks that I created and assigned throughout the course of this construction project. I'm going to go over here to the left side of the screen, click on Tasks in the menu bar, and under Actions here, there's no export feature like there was for plans, photos, and files. So what we need to do is just generate a detailed report of everything that's going to become our task archive. Let's take a look at that. We're going to go ahead and click on Generate Reports. I don't want to use one of my existing reports. I want to create a new report that I'm going to call my Archive Report. I'm going to click the blue checkbox, and I don't want this to be a PDF summary. I want this to be a detailed PDF. You can type any description that you want here.
