- [Instructor] Now that we've created form templates for our project, we're ready to start using those templates to fill out forms. Let's take a look at this with a daily report. So it's the beginning of my day and I'm going to use this template to start my daily report. To do that, I'm going to click on New Form, Daily Report. I'm going to give it a name, that's just Rogers, my last name, and say Create form. Now, I didn't include the date or the title of the form because all of that is going to be filled in here and available to me when I go back and view these later. So I don't have to worry about that, I'm just going to call it Rogers. It's already labeled it Daily Report 1. It's already put the date on it. The weather will be filled in automatically based on the project address and date. And I am ready to go through and start my day completing my daily inspection report.
