For a drone to be operated under Category 4 over people, it has to have an airworthiness certificate issued by the FAA. This involves a more rigorous assessment. So the FAA inspects the drone and then, you know, deems it ready to fly or worthy to fly, and it issues a certificate. This is much more rigorous if you compare it to other drones or even flying under Category 1, 2, 3, we don't need an airworthiness certificate for those, but for Category 4, you do. Remember the drone is bigger, is heavier. So Category 4, because it has this airworthiness certificate, it gives greater operational flexibility compared to the lower categories, but it has more tight safety requirements. These are the conditions. The drone must be maintained or altered, if necessary, as per manufacturer's maintenance manual or instructions for continued airworthiness. I know that's a mouthful, right?
