Boost the resolution of an image
- [Instructor] Figma AI can also be used to upscale existing images in order to boost the detail and resolution of bitmap-based visual content being used in your design. Vector content, of course, is natively scalable, and would never require such a procedure, so we'll use a photograph for this. We've already seen that this image that we generated is very high resolution, we don't need to upscale this at all. But scrolling over to the Staff page, we can see that this particular image has a lot of little jaggies. It's a very low-res image, and it could really use some upscaling. What I'm going to do is select this particular image, and we can always look over on the side here to our fill area in our Design properties, and clicking on the image, note that we have the ability to access image tools by clicking on the little sparkly icon here. From here, we can remove the background or boost resolution, which of course is what we want to do. We can also edit the image from down here as…
