Data analyst Chris French has you begin by connecting to a dataset and using the Hex AI agent to generate your first queries. Then, examine the structure of your data, including rows, columns, time ranges, and categories, and assess its quality through summary statistics and distributions. As you explore, slice the data in different ways to uncover patterns, differences, and trends across time and categories. Test your assumptions against the data and investigate results that challenge your expectations. Throughout the process, create charts and summary views that clearly communicate your findings, helping you move from raw data to confident, well-supported insights.
