- [Instructor] On this worksheet, we're seeing some data over in columns A, B, and C and two charts that are depicting the data from columns B and C. And either one could be totally appropriate, maybe you'd even want to have both at the same time. Another option though, and not necessarily better, but one you should be aware of, is not using charts at all. And as I move this green chart, that's a bar chart on top of the column chart to the right, what we see now are what are called data bars in column C. Now it looks like they need some work. We can't see the numbers that clearly, but sometimes this is a better approach than a chart. Often it's going to be faster, but we probably should have some adjustments here so that we can read the numbers better. The feature we will be using is called conditional formatting, and the particular feature specifically is called data bars. Here's the depiction of it. On the next worksheet…
