In the summary tab of the lifecycle costing, you'll see that there are only two variables, that is things that we can tinker with, the type of car and also the budget. However, it's actually possible to change these other cells here too, which really isn't ideal. We should be creating safeguards against these cells being inadvertently changed, and with an Excel makeover, this is super easy. Let's go ahead and select cells C5 and C13. I'm just holding down control and left clicking cell C13, so that both are selected. Now let's go ahead and right click and select format cells. And then from the protection tab here, de-select locked and then go ahead and click on okay. Now, right click on the summary tab here and click protect sheet, and then okay.
