- [Narrator] Moving on to the balance sheet. Now, coming back to our model, we are going to the very first tab here, our balance sheet. Remember that the balance sheet is showing the balance as at a point in time. So this first column, year zero, we need to show the amount of assets and liabilities we have at the start date. And then in the second column, we show the values as at the end of the first year of operations. So it's quite different to the way that we've been treating the numbers in the previous statements. And we are showing the balance sheet annually rather than monthly. So starting over here, we are going to pick up the cash at bank and we will get this from our cash flow statement. So that's going to be our closing cash down here. So remember that this is a different formula. This is one of the very few formulas in the model that is not dynamic. So our dynamic array is going to start from here. And so we start with $5,000 in the bank and we are going to end the first…
