- [Instructor] If you work in a collaborative environment, it's going to be necessary at times to allow a file to be used by more than one user and also allow simultaneous access. In order to set this up properly, what you need to do is save your file in the cloud. In this case, I've saved this on OneDrive, and I want to share this file with another. And it could be multiple people, but let's say initially one. And in this example, my name, my username, will be Bob. The other user is named Dennis. So I'm Bob, and I'm in charge of this file, but Dennis makes changes to it. His focus is more on the City/State/Address portion. Mine's more on the left side, but we both make changes, and we might have it open at the same time. We might not. On the Home tab, upper right, you'll see Share, and we're going to send this to Dennis. We do have some options available here where we could say you can view it but not edit it, but in this case, we want him to be able to edit it as well. And what will…
