- [Instructor] At times, you do want to print a worksheet. Excel has a number of approaches to printing, and it can be a little confusing at times, not because it's difficult, but because there's so many different ways we could start the process. If I'm interested in printing this list to the left, it's best to go to the Page Layout tab and observe some of the choices that we have here. But we must select the area first. If I simply say, "What's the Print Preview going to be looking like?" If we go to the File tab and choose Print, we could use the keystroke shortcut by the way, which is Control + P, but here I'm using the command Print. We do get a Print Preview. Notice the bottom of the screen says 1 of 7. We can scroll through this by using the mouse wheel or clicking the arrow at the bottom of the screen rightward. Anytime you do see Print Previews, you always want to glance at the bottom of the page, because many times, we're trying to pair this down to fewer pages. Not always…
