- If you're collecting data, you need control of that data. Data validation is super important, and it doesn't matter what tool you're using. Not every project is going to get a capital budget, a backend database, or an application designed. Sometimes, you use the tools you have available. And almost everyone has Excel. And the good news is that if you are using Excel for data, you can implement data validation and processes and you will have quality data. That's what we're going to cover in this LinkedIn Learning course. We'll talk about using data validation commands, data validation processes at the start, like providing proper information upfront and reducing manual processes, as well as those processes on the backend, like dealing with bad data.
