(upbeat music) - [Teacher] Welcome back. There is more than one way to accomplish this particular challenge. Let me show you how I did it. I'll go ahead and add a new sheet, I'll name it list, and in A1, I'll go ahead and define my list. This is for the shift. Okay, so I'll do morning and afternoon. Okay, I'll go ahead and bold that header, had to hit control+B for that, and now I'm ready to name this list. Okay, so if we go ahead and highlight this, on the formulas tab I'll go to create from selection, I'll make sure it says top row, and I'll click okay. Now, I'll go back to my time tracking sheet and I'll highlight the appropriate cells. For this case, it's B12 through B26. I'll go to data, I'll choose data validation. I'll go to the settings tab, I'll hit the drop down by allow, and I'll choose list. I'll click in the source. Now, I can either type the name or I can choose the name. I like to choose the name so…
