What they didn't realize is how popular this new program was going to be. The forms are not even out yet, and people are calling and emailing the office, ready to get started with their discounts. We talked about when you build solutions like this in Excel, they're flexible, right? Well, that's only sort of true, because when things start to scale, it gets much more difficult to manually keep track of all the data. Think about it.
