- [Instructor] Now that our data is inside of an Excel table, what we can do next is create a PivotTable. So we're going to actually create two PivotTables. One is going to reflect our total sales by sales people, which we will make that top 10 listing out of. The other one is going to actually be used to inform our time series chart. I'll show you how make both. So I'm starting here on my Raw Data tab. I'm going to go up to Insert over here. and then I'm going to click PivotTable. Note that our table range here has automatically indicated that we are dealing with the sales data. In this case, I would like to create this PivotTable on a new tab. So I'm going to go ahead and click OK. Now I need to create a PivotTable that's going to have my sales folks on it as well as how much they sold. So I have my field list here. I'm going to take Employee Name, and I'll drop that in the row. That gives me my big, long list.…
